Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys are the best of this division. They've improved their rushing game, adding Arkansas top Soccer jerseys back Felix Jones. QB Tony Romo is becoming one of the elite in the NFL. CB Adam (Pacman) Jones has been added to an already impressive defense.
New York Giants
The Super Bowl Champion New York Giants may be without Jeremy Shockey but Eli Manning will still have plenty of guys to which to throw. Manning was good enough to win it all last season. The defense is topnotch. Coach Tom Coughlin, who in the past was controversial, is the holder of a new contract. Can this team repeat?
Washington Redskins
With the addition of former Miami defensive lineman Jason Taylor, the Washington Redskins added a premiere player to their "D." Head coach Joe Gibbs has retired for a second time after getting the team back to the playoffs. Former Seattle Seahawks QB coach Jim Zorn will utilize a West Coast offense. Washington drafted receivers for just this reason. Three-year vet Jason Campbell, at QB, has improved but is still a work-in-progress.
Philadelphia Eagles
QB Donovan McNabb, who has been bothered by injuries recently, including a torn ACL, is nearing the end of his career. Does he have one more solid season in him? The Philadelphia Eagles have upgraded their "D" with a youth movement. This is a team in transition.
Final Analysis
It's a tossup between the Giants and the Cowboys for first-place. And the Redskins could certainly be destine for another playoff berth. The Eagles look like they need at least one more year and perhaps two in order to contend once again.
